EverFit, LLC Terms of Participation

• I agree not to use words or phrases such as: CAN’T, TOO HARD, IMPOSSIBLE or I QUIT.
• I agree to commit myself to the workouts and to reach my goals.
• I agree to show up for my assigned workout class prepared and on time.
• I understand that photos and video may be taken during the course of my participation in EverFit, LLC. fitness classes, which may be used for promotional purposes.
• I understand that there is a no refund policy. If I experience illness or injury, and am unable to complete the session or service, I can receive credit for the unused portion of the class towards a future session. Session fees may not be used for any other products offered. The credit must be used within 90 days of issuance.
• I understand that prior to the start of any EverFit class or session I will have to go online to register for that service and pay the appropriate fee.
• I understand that diet and nutrition will greatly affect my fitness goals and performance.
• I will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and expect to have FUN!
